My heart



Several people have doubted that I have one of these, so I went and got an MRI to prove otherwise.

You can see the right chamber feeding up into the carotid. I'm surprised at how big hearts are -- I always thought it was smaller. Some of the other organs and parts look cool too. I wish I could of gotten my brain scanned (they look really neat) but my new roommate's brother, the MRI tech, just needed to do a couple of hearts and some breasts to get to his next certification level.

I was told it can be enlightening to see more deeply into oneself, but it just looks kind of cool.
