IP^2: Intellectual Property Purgatory

As a side effect of my AI research, I've stumbled upon a new transform. What the wavelet transform is for images and sound, this transform is for an arbitrary pattern space -- one could almost say for "knowledge" in general. And I can't tell anybody what it is, because the way IP works these days, anyone with a lot of money could go patent every possible application, extension or derivative of it, and I'd never be able to use it myself. So it shall remain my trade secret.

I'd really rather share it -- it's quite nifty.

Oh well. I guess I'll just have to take over the world instead.
