Rental Rates and Terms

Rates and terms subject to change without notice until reservations are confirmed. Please check for updated terms. This information was last updated 8/1/2001.

• $275 per night during peak season (December 24, 25, 26, 31, Jan 1, 2, and President's Day week February 19-27)
  
• $225 per night for non peak season
  
• $150 cleaning fee for entire stay
  
• $600 refundable security/cleaning deposit for first time guests, $300 for same guests on second and subsequent stays.
• Checkin time is 3 PM on the first day of your stay. Checkout time is noon on the last day of your stay.
• No smoking is permitted in the house.

Deposit

A $200 deposit is required to reserve dates. The mailing address for this payment is on the menu bar at the left of this page.

The balance of the security deposit is due upon arrival. Please leave a check for the balance of the security deposit in the locked box near the door on the side of the garage.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the start of your stay will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance of the start of your stay will result in the loss of the deposit unless we can rebook the house for the dates of your stay.

Picking up Keys

The door on the side of the garage will be left unlocked, and the keys to the guest house will be placed on the kitchen counter upstairs just before your arrival.

Payment of Balance

A final bill will be left in an envelope on the locked box by the garage side door on the morning of the last night of your stay. Please leave a check payment for this bill in the slot of the locked box. If you have any questions about the charges, please call the owner's phone number on the menu bar at the left of this page. If the owner is not reachable to resolve your problem, please make a note of your mailing address, phone number and your question about the billing and include that with the indicated payment and slide this into the slot on the locked box. Any balance due you will be refunded to you via mail when the issue is resolved.

Dogs

Your well trained dog may be welcome as a guest, WITH ADVANCE NOTICE, for an additional $20/night and additional $150 refundable cleaning deposit. Dogs must stay upstairs during their entire stay. Dogs may not be left unattended in the house at any time except in the upstairs kitchen/family room area or in a crate. If you contact us in advance, and your dog is extremely well mannered, for an additional fee the owner MAY be able to care for your dog while you ski. Please email for details.
